v1.0.8

The matrix

Sep 12, 2025

The hardest part of learning isn’t understanding. It’s remembering.

That’s what Schema is built for.

You learn something once. If you don’t review it, it fades. But if you return to it—just before you forget—it sticks. It compounds. You don’t just remember. You master it.

We made that process visible with memory dots.

Now we’re zooming out.

What's new in v1.0.8

1. Introducing the Matrix

Most people don’t realize how much they’ve learned—because it’s invisible. You review concepts, build knowledge, make connections. But there’s no map. No sense of how far you’ve come.

So we built one.

The Matrix gives you a birdseye view of your knowledge. Each dot is a concept you’ve created. The more you review it, the more the dot grows. That’s it. But once you see it, something clicks. You don’t just remember better. You start to think differently about your memory.

What the Matrix shows:

  1. Your path to mastery: The dots grow as your memory strengthens. The biggest ones glow. Mastery is no longer abstract.

  2. How much you’re creating: Each row is a day. Some are dense. Others are sparse. You’ll spot your patterns instantly.

  3. A subtle feedback loop: You’ll want your dots to grow. That’s the game. It’s not a leaderboard. Just a quiet nudge that you’re building something real.

2. A cleaner home interface

We also rebuilt the home screen around one idea: clarity.
